Thanks! Yes everything is easy, no emotion problems ( I am always the joker) food is good, had bacon & bean soup for lunch, went down fine and for supper I am having baked potato (insides only) with ricotta cheese, can't wait!

Wow and only 9 more days till I get to meet Carrie and Lisa!!!!

I have my scope booked for July 6th in Medicine Hat, stupid but I am a bit nervous about having something shoved down my throat!!! Oh god I just realised what I typed!!! ha ha I meant a camera!!! ha ha

Just learnt today a friend of mine is flying to Mexico to have lap band by a Dr Ortis. Costing her $8000US + travel etc. WOW

Talking of traveling, I must keep track of the KM driven to MH as I can claim this expense and the hotel on my taxes! Woot, maybe I will get some decent coin back instead of the pittance I got this year. Taxes are terrible here!

My incision is healed nicely but itches like heck!!!

Itchy incision? Once mine was "healed" and got dry, I used this shea butter-based cream on it, scented with Tasmanian Lavender. Scar looks good, and I smell good! Keep up the good work!

all going good this end. Progressed well onto harder foods, had a ham & cheese wrap (well about 1/4 of one!) Last night we went to the chinese, I was like oh hell, this is my favourite but I just had a bowl of beef & barley soup and some of Andy's salmon and devilled egg. Went for a hike with the dog yesterday and it was fine. I am not getting so tired now and definately sleeping better as I can now get onto my side without it pulling too much. The drain hole is finally closing over and my scar is nice and flat. I bought some Miss Milkie body butter from Shoppers drug mart to use on it, smells lovely!
Down 20lbs, so that means a 1lb a day since surgery.
