Ok Samm....I have your number and will check in with your mom for update and then Tawna can update too. I so want to be in Hat to see all of you and I wish I didn't live 14 hours away!
I am SO EXCITED for you and glad you get to meet some of the gang while there. Tomorrow you will be on your way to Hat....the start of a new journey.
Remember the first few weeks are rough, but we will be here for every step of the way!

Samm thinking about you today. Only one more sleep until you start your journey to a healthier thinner life.
Lisa wish you were closer too. We will be in the Hat for your Panni to visit. Samm might be feeling up to a bit of a drive by then and we will have Carrie feeling better by then too. Lori P is close too. Then we can have a nice little TT canadian get together. Wish our American friends could come too.

Ok!!! Well I put my back out 2 days ago in the shoulder area and it is effecting my neck, TYPICAL!! Also got a bit of a sore throat too but nothing major, of course Phoebe my youngest got a cold 2 days ago! I am all packed and ready to go!!!

Hello everyone! I am in the HAT, actually I am at my friends in Redcliff at the moment, just took their dogs on a hike and then Andy & I will head back to the not overly nice motel (Ramada) it's quite a hole actually but I only have to stay there one night at least!! It's cheap but that's about it! So this is probably my last post B4 the big day, the op is at 9.15 so I have to be in the hospital by 7.15am, so by 11am I should be all done! I have been on liquids for 2 days and I think I am just going to go and get some soup at Timmys on the way back to the hole. See you on the loosing side.............................................. ....

Hi Samm...The Ramada is not the nicest motel...but its cheap and close the the hospital....when we were there for 2 weeks, it was the best deal.
9:15am - you will be with the program by about 2pm........I had surgery at 7:15am and not with the program until after 3pm, but I am a slow waker-uper!

Too bad about the terrible accomadations. In Lethbridge the Ramada is one of the nicest places to stay.
Anyway just letting you know I'm thinking about you tomorrow. Can't wait to hear all those reports from the losing side.
