Sam, It sounds like you have had a wonderful vaccation!!!! I am truly jealous, as I love the UK, but have not been since 2003. Your story is truly inspirational as I am on my own journey! Thanks for all the updates, and knowledge that it does work out.

Well today is my first year Anniversary of surgery! I guess I should post some photos up later when I am home from work! I can't believe how quick this past year has gone and really how easy it has all been! WOOT!!
