That all sounds perfectly reasonable to me... I don't think that's too much at all.

I'm happy for you that there have been no food issues.... it's stinky to have them...so enjoy it to the fullest!

Have you been filling hungry? I've just noticed my hunger came back, the worst of it is the late night snacking... easy to graze my way through a 600+ calorie evening. I watch that carefully.

No real hunger issues at all, occasional cravings, this week its sushi!

Well here I am now at 10 months out and 107lbs down. Happy but still want to get lower! I know patience is a virtue! I am thinking about Tawna (Rivercanyon) this weekend as she is having her surgery monday!

Got a major haircut today, I pretty much had one length long bob and now have a bunch of layers put in, hopefully its OK!

Samm I've been thinking about you too. I can hardly believe that it was 10 months ago that I popped in after your surgery to say hi for the first time. I remember feeling like this 10 months would never pass but holy crap it is my turn now.

You look awesome girl and I love the hair!!!!! It looked beautiful both ways.

I will pm you with Lee's cell phone number so you can give him a call if you'd like to check in. I don't think he will be brave enough to call and report for me.

Will see you on the losing side soon!!!!!!!!!!

well I have to vent somewhere don't I! Well today I quit my job after 8 years. I originally opened the practice 8 years ago with my boss, he now wants to implement some changes which are just a slap in the face to me. * years I have been the manager, now suddenly he doesn't want a manager but 2 co-ordinators, one for the staff side and then me on the optical side. The girl he wants is one that can't organise a piss up in a brewery and one of past bad history so it doesn't make sense. Trouble is she is the boss's wifes best friend so I am swimming up hill all the way really. Anyway I have decided enough is enough, I am not going to feel demoted, undervalued and not respected so I am leaving on 8th April and then I go to the UK for 3 weeks. I already have a new possible job at Costco optical.......

I thought I'd be hitting 40 and be settled......here we go again!

Weight wise I am not moving at all!

Ouch! That's terrible. Glad to hear that you have a prospective job lined up though. Hmmmm..... I need new glasses. lol Well.... I do.

15 more days until our birthdays! WHOO HOO!!!! I think hubby and I will be heading up to Calgary for dinner that night..... I have a craving for Red Lobster.

Any plans for your birthday?

Can't wait to meet you in the UK at the end of April (as per Gwen's dates!).
Well, hitting 40 and making changes for yourself at work... I'm sure your trip over the pond will "reconnect" you with you and give you a new direction forwards!
The earth will move and so will your scales!
How about a quick 3-5 day "pouch test" diet to shake it all up and look even more glam for UK?
