Wink Would love to meet up!

Sam!
U N B E L I E V A B L E T R A N S F O R M A T I O N!!!

How positively wonderful!
I do hope that my erratic work travels enable me to meet up with you when you are in Devon. I will only know nearer the time but let's keep in touch re dates and times!

Sorry to hear of your plateau. Have you tried http://www.5daypouchtest.com/plan/theplan.html to get back to basics and hopefully get things moving in the right direction again?

Good work in the Gym - awfully boring but oh so rewarding!
Off to bed now, nearly half past midnight!
Cheers for now and again very well done!
Cheers!
Vim

Anyway, I understand there is a possibility of a meeting between some beauties from the UK and some beauties originally from the UK

Sam - I have a suggestion - we only live about 20 min from Heathrow and Devon is quite a distance from there - if you wish you can sleep over at our place for the night before you go down to Devon and we can arrange with Sheree, Vim, et all to meet up with us - it is quite central for all of them and I for one would love to meet "the Princess"!!!

My WORD!!!! You have done an amazing job with that tool of yours!!!

Thanks ladies! Gwen that sounds like a blast! We'll talk more (see PM!)

Went for a days shopping with a friend today, had a blast! Went in tons of clothes shops and tried on lots. I really need new jeans but am struggling to find a decent fitting pair as if they are good on the hips they are really really loose on the waist (past belt help!). Stocked up on yet more LUSH! Went in a British shop and somehow managed to resist the British chocolate and bought a packet of Polo mints instead!

Thanks Angie!

Well I just got back from the emerg, I have been having really bad upper shoulder pain (muscular) and have seen my chiropracter and he did an adjustment on me last week and the pain has now gone to my chest, sneezing is unbelievably painful so after my 2 painful motorbike rides in the past 2 days I am at a loss as to what to do, so tonight I decided to go and see the Dr, so it turns out he pinpointed the muscle problem in my back and said it was a huge knot and to continue with the massage. The chest pain it appears is an old injury rearing its head (a couple of broken ribs whilst dirtbiking) and the chiropractor! I have a separation in my sternum, apparently the top part called the manubrium and the main body are no longer joined! So I have to take it easy, no motorbikes, no horses, no fun until I am healed. Obviously I can't take NSAIDS anymore so I have an Rx for T3's. It bloody hurts!

Weight wise I cannot understand how I can loose and then put on 3lbs overnight!?!?!?!? Very frustrating and no I haven't been eating footlong subways!!!! LOL

Did a 10mile spin at the gym today and 2K fast walk on the treadmill, I can only do cardio due to the back/chest pain and cannot use the eliptical.

well I am T3'd up and going to have an early night! Chow!

Default Just out of curiosity Samm

what is the normal intake of food for you a day? You have alwasy seemed to be able to eat so much more than others even way back at the begining! I remember what seemed like 5 weeks out from surgery you were eating an egga dn meat for breakfast....lol I can barely get one egg down me right now!

Just curious...

I am very lucky that I have had no food issues at all, but yes I am sure I probably eat too much sometimes! I eat healthy foods all the time but have started to eat more bagels/bread (all wholegrain) For BF I usually eat 2 eggs boiled with a piece of toast, for lunch it is usually a Weight watchers smart ones meal with either yogurt/fruit/100 calorie snack pack, I eat a Atkins advantage protein bar each day and then for supper always protein with veg or pasta. Loving sushi at the mo too! If I have a snack it is a kashi bar or cashew nuts or a biscotti. I have been drinking lots of water. Compared to what I used to eat this is on the other end of the scale!
