Thanks!

I am still feeling great, weight loss is slow but going the right way! I have booked flights to go to the UK in April and my mother is organising a 40th Birthday pi$$ up for me, friends and family so that should be a blast, my goal is to be between 185- 180 by April the 9th. Noone has seen me at this weight in many, many years so it will be fun to see the reactions!

I have not been going to the gym as I have been under the chiropractors care, my upper back and neck are giving me gip, apparently some of the pain is steming from when I broke 2 ribs dirtbiking in 2006. Sitting at the computer is not good for me right now! I am going to go to the gym tomorrow but just to do cardio, I really miss it and of course I need to use my new LuLulemon gym bag!

We have a new member in our family, a 4 legged one! His name is Joker, he is a 14.2hh 7/8 Arab and he is an old man but will look after my kids. They start Pony club next week so I had to find them something to ride!

Its bloody freezing here, -49 with the windshield this morning!! I certainly feel the cold a lot more now!

Roll on summer............................................ ......................

Glad to see you back Lisa!
Well not much change yet again for me! I am still suffering with my back, more chiro tomorrow! I also went to the Dr today as I have a weird rash on my stomach, arms, face, neck etc, I feel 95% fine but apparently it is a staph infection so I am now on antibiotics and Benedryl to stop the itching! All my staff say I should stay home, I feel fine but look a bit pickled! I hate taking a sick day when I don't feel sick! I feel like a teenager as my face is pretty spotty! Yuk!

I need to kickstart some weight loss, I seem to loose some and then put it on and then flit up and down a lb or 2, so frustrating! I would like to be 180 or under by the time I go to the UK in April......

Samm - if you want to kick it up a notch, add in a few (300-500) calories for 2 or 3 days and then cut it back down...kick starts the WL. Keep up the fluids and make the extra calories good foods. Helped me when I stalled out. You will feel hungry the days you cut it back, but it kinda tells the body that its ok and it drops the weight again.

I so miss horseback riding...love the horses, not the hay!

Thanks Lisa, I will try that! I am also eating one or 2 Atkins advantage bars a day, they have about 18g of protein and 1g of sugar and taste OK. I came home from work today as my face is pickled and my staff are in fear of their lives! So I am going to take it easy and have a nap!

Well I think the cause of the body rash & itching at least is possibly products I use from LUSH, I am a lushaholic and have spent a fortune on the stuff and it appears that Candy fluff powder is what I have a reaction to, I have been getting better over the past couple of days and then today when I showered I used the candy fluff, under the boobs, bits and pieces etc and now I am pickled in a rash again and have a very sore bottom! I took a bath in Beauticontrol and feel a bit better bottom wise but the rash on my tummy is spreading!!!!!!!!! I guess it wasn't a staph infection! Still don't know why my face is so disgusting spotty though! I have never had a reaction to any products before so this is weird!

Been to the gym a couple times this week, I am averaging about 8-10 miles on the stationary bike and then 10 mins running on the treadmill. I am staying away from the circuit training until I get the OK from the chiropractor.

Vim, I will be down in Devon from 10-28th. Anyone around that area???? Would LOVE to catch up with some of the Brits from here, shame I won't be around for the Alton Towers get together!!

Anyway quick update photo, 9 mths out (101lbs down) & my original night B4 surgery one!. Happy with loss but not loving these plateaus at all! Went to the gym last night and biked 10miles in 25 mins, pretty good going! Feeling fab as normal and probably eating far too much! I can eat a footlong from subway, as I discovered this week! No dumping, sickness or anything! WOOT
