Thanks ladies, I have lost 2" from around my waist in the past 5 weeks so maybe that's whats happening at the moment! The hardest part is controlling what I eat as anything appears to go down without a problem!

We headed out today for a family bike ride around Fish Creek Park (biggest city park in North America) We did about 14KM and I LOVED IT! I bought some proper biking shoes and am going to install the clipless pedals as the toe clips suck on the bike!

Here I am coming down the last hill! Yes I am still smiling.......ask me tomorrow if I still am!

The scales finally moved a bit, 1.5lbs to ONEDERLAND!............

Growing up I spent a lot of time playing with cousins down in Fish Creek. It was right in their backyard. It's a great place.

onederland - your body knows you want it there, for some reason that onderland can be the hardest goal to hit, then when you get under it, hopefully your body will keep dropping the pounds
