Yep, we got a dump of snow, still here but slowly melting!

I still want to get out a few times on my motorbike (street) andy Andy is studding up our dirtbikes so we can ride all winter!

I will take one on Monday when I get home from Kelowna! Yep 11lbs to ONEDERLAND! Andy & I can now wear the same T shirts & jackets etc! weird but good! We are staying at the Grand Okanagan resort and I don't have a swimsuit that fits anymore so I might just have to shop!

Well the trip was good, a bit painful sitting through all the lectures!!!

The only wierd thing that is going on is that I am extremely light headed and have been now for a week and a half. Had my 6 mth blood tests and check up today with my local Dr, he renamed it "Drastic Bypass Surgery"!!! He is very impressed with my progress, attitude and all. He thinks the dizziness may be down to malabsorption and he will know more once my blood work comes back, hopefully its nothing too serious. I am just really spacey right now, other than that feel fab, no food issues with anything but I am making good choices! Bison is going down well as is yogurt (which I hated B4 surgery!!!!!) I will update with a photo, I had some taken in Kelowna by one of my staff so I am just waiting for her to email them to me!

....I put on 2lb in Kelowna too, too much food! I did hit the hotel gym though! The 2lb is gone again, thank God!

Samantha...You are doing excellent. You are a great inspiration to me with my surgery lurking just around the corner(under 2 weeks now) I hope all comes back fine with your labs.

Well I am officially about a size 16! Actually I had a bit of a wow moment in Winners at the weekend I somehow managed to cram myself into a pair of size 14 jeans! (maybe they were mislabeled but it felt great!) I have kept one pair of 3X trousers and one of my favourite tops just to compare to. Also I bought a jacket at Reitmans in a 16 PETITE! That was weird! I have got some money back on clothes that I took to a couple of consignment stores so that will give me more $$ to spend on more clothes! I am still a bit dizzy this week and am still waiting to hear back from the Dr regarding the bloodwork he did but I am certainly less dizzy than last week!

16! well even 14! Wow that is great Samm. You are just on the edge of century and onderland and I am very proud of you girl. You have done so well!

Still concerned about the dizziness. I remember going through that at stages too.

yahooie, way to go girl, you have done so well! congrats on the 14/16, great job!

hope you find out what the dizziness is about, i went through that too, was treated for inner ear infection and it wasnt, upped my b12 (sublinigual, under the tongue) and that seemed to help eventually

hope you get over that soon, i know it is not fun!

My Dr called me this evening, my bloodwork is all perfect, thyroid great and even my cholestrol and dropped from 4.9 to 3.1 which he said is fantastic (not that it was high but its good to see it lowered!) He said on paper I am an extremely healthy individual!! WAHOO! The dizziness is subsiding slowly, he thinks I could have had something viral and that is working it's way out of my system. I only had about 6 dizzy spells today which is 90% better than the past while, so all is good! Just booked us for a 4 night stay in Banff between Xmas and new year (the dead, what shall we do time of year), it's expensive but what the hell, hopefully I will be at onederland then!
SO tomorrow I must get my ass to the gym, I have not been in the past week due to the dizzy spells but now I am itching to get back!
