I had one wow moment last night though, during some nookie, I actually got on top for the first time in 15 years, wahoo, reverse cowgirl here I come!! ha ha

Well I am off to the gym now!

Seriously though I think I must have hit a plateau, NOTHING is moving, or it goes up and then down again, can't get past the 222lb mark.

What is water loading, I heard something about trying that?
Feeling fabulous and have a ton of energy but want to see some movement on the scales!!

well, I lost 1lb since last time, beginning to wonder what the hell is going on!! I am pretty sure I am doing everything right. Feeling great, hair still falling out, need to get my a$$ to the gym more, I have just been so busy this week!!

Started to sell Tupperware! mainly to feed my addiction to it! If anyone in Canada needs anything let me know!

Well here I am now at 26 weeks out and feeling good, but definately plateauing right now! 0 loss in the past week, I am OK with that but would be nice to have seen a 1lb or 2! (now down to 215lb)

One thing I have got is bloody hemorrhoids!!!!!!!!!!!!! It really is a pain in the ass. It started at the weekend, I think I know what may have triggered it. The pain woke me up twice in the night and even farting hurts!

Anyone else suffered from them post op?? I have never had them B4 and want them to go away! I am using some Anusol cream, hopefully that will help!

Sometimes you have to take your bloody butt in to the doctor and have them fixed hon... not pretty, but OTC doesn't always do it...

you probably need a supossitory for the roids. ARe they bleeding or is Bloody just a choice of words..lol

I get them when the bowels change, never had them before but the doc says it's normal.... whatever normal is this week...lol

Talk to your doc because these things are very very uncomfortable.

no bleeding just pain and itching and lumpy!!! The cream appears to be helping but I am going to my Dr anyway for my 6mth blood work, he ain't having a look though!!!

On a lighter note the scales moved!!! - 1.5lb, better than nothing!

Samm, have the doc take a look you silly girl! Not a fun thing to have, but easily fixed...but the doc has to have a look! Too much horse back riding???

13.5 pounds to onederland...whoo hoo...gosh it seems like just the other day you had surgery! Has the snow hit your way yet? There's so much damn wind, its gotta be heading downward!
