Ha ha, I have collar bones!!! I never noticed that B4!!! WAHOO! The waist was there B4, just WAAAAY too much of one!!! Thanks girls for the lovely comments, I am feeling fab, just got home from the gym and food wise am now addicted to strawberries! I have never craved fruit like this in my life, I have no interest at all in chocolate, yes I still eat the odd few chips so I don't feel deprived but as long as I have a taste I am happy. So breakfast was 2 scrambled eggs with strawberries on the side!!!! I am pretty much trying any foods now and have not had a problem, at the wedding there was rice, salad, veg, salmon & chicken and I had some of each, I find my portion sizes are getting larger again, maybe because I am being more active I can eat more? I am still careful not to overeat but I do find if I eat more I loose more weight too.
I just packed up a huge bag of clothes and took them to my local consignment store, I figured if I get something back on them (some of it was brand new!) then I can put that towards new clothes! I am enjoying being able to pick something up off the rack and know that it will definately fit, rather than grab the biggest size and hope it doesn't look too bad on!!!

life is good!

Well not much to report on really! I am going to the gym, yesterday they showed me all the lower bod exercises and holy crap am I aching today! My thighs and stomach muscles are the most cranky! I was going to go to the gym today just to do cardio but it hurts too much!!

I seem to be sitting at -63lbs now for a bit, drives me nuts when nothing moves on the scales. Again they went up a lb and then down again. I have tried to eat more to get the metabolism going again but it's not working. I know I have to just wait it out and that the scales WILL go down!!

I am pretty much able to eat anything, but in very small quantities. I have been very careful selecting the right foods and have not eaten bread or any type of sweets/chocolate/pop etc. I do high protein meals for the most part including salmon, tuna, chicken, beef, ham etc. I still do not get hungry at all, and have to watch the clock to tell myself to eat! I crave crunchy right now so I have been eating "Skinny sticks" chips, they work good!
I have noticed that I am walking a hell of a lot quicker than I have done in the past 10 years and that I am much more agile riding my dirtbike.

So all in all I am very happy, feeling fabulous and looking forward to onederland, hopefully by Xmas!!!

going good thanks! Busy as usual, training new staff at work (which I hate!) weight wise the scales are slowly creeping down again, I am going to the gym about 3-4 times a week, dirtbiking and on friday I get to ride my friends horse (well elephant as she is 17.2hh!!) and I signed up to CURL this winter, never done it but thought what the heck! I noticed there is a belly dancing class at my gym, won't be pretty but it might be fun.
My hair is really coming out good, it doesn't look thin at all as I have such a lot of thick hair but to me it feels thin!

Hey Samm, thanks for the PM...glad things are going so well. Remember its not just about the numbers on the scale, although you are doing awesome there too, but inches and living life like you didn't before...and it sounds like you are. Kicking butt on the bike and in the gym! I haven't gone back to working out - of any kind yet. Walking is about all I do now and its still not every day. Will get back to it when things heal up really, really good.

I am very proud of you!!! And yes, I think us all getting together in the spring is a great idea!
