Did the gym again today and ran at 4.5mph! Worked mostly in the cardio range, actually and surprisingly quite enjoying it!
Heard today that my motorhome is poorly, requires more than $1200+ of work to get it up and running again, something about a gear breaking and leaving shards of metal in the engine. It never rains but it pours!
Went to Walmart today to try and get some "exercise" type trousers, nothing in stock at all, the place was a right mess with sizes all over the shop! Will have to wear my purple sweatpants again, the kids call me Barney!

No gym for me for 3 days as it has been closed. But I did go dirtbiking and felt I had more of a workout doing that than at the gym, fell off 3 times and flipped my bike right over my head once!

Went to the mall today, trying to get new bras, I went to sears and told the lady I was 38" around, she said no way, dragged me in the changing room and proceeding to measure me, sure enough 38" around which is good but the boobs are not shrinking so I still need a big cup size, anyway walked out of there with 2 40DDD's for half price. Also I decided to find some workout pants so I can throw the Barney ones out and I picked up a pair of XL Adidas ones from the regular section, something I have not been able to do in some years!! Gym reopens monday so I will be back at it.

Nothing other than that is really exciting, got my motorhome back, bill came to $1100. Food and fluids all going in well, loving Caesar salad with chicken once again and I can't get enough peaches! looking forward to hitting the 230's, hopefully by monday!!! then look out onederland, I am s..l..o..w..l..y getting there!

Reading your story is truly inspirational. I will be seeing Dr. Nohr on Sept. 4th for my consult, and after reading your story, I truly believe he is a great surgeon. I wish you all the continued success in your journey.

Well not much change here this week, I appear to be on a plateau AGAIN. Infact the scales went up a lb, WTF!!! (gone down again now phew!!) Gym is going good, I am going most days and doing 30 min+ cardio and then the machines/weights.

Had some sushi today, went down fine!

The wedding was good, yep I wore a Addtion Elle size 14 dress that I had years ago and forgotten about (as the last time I tried it on there was no way to get the buttons even close!) I had to resort to it as the one I had picked out to wear was just too loose up top. So the buttons all did up and stayed done up for the most part during the wedding and do. Felt good to get back in the dress as it was probably 10 years ago that I last wore it, luckily it wasn't one of those styles that date too quickly!! So here I am in the dress!! So as of tomorrow I am 16 weeks out from surgery and down 60lbs!! I have put my night B4 surgery photo up too, hopefully there is a difference!
