Well not too much to update on this week really! Down 52lbs and now its stopped (time of the month I guess!) feeling really good, back to work is fine although I could easily be a housewife!
Started to try more new food this week, Caesar salad is great once again (with chicken), I have become addicted to peaches, grapes and apples, although I peel the apples as I have always had problems with acidity and apple skin! My favourite treat is still a handful of cashew nuts. Still eating lots of protein from meat, cheese & eggs etc. No dumping at all on anything, which I am so grateful for! My scar is doing good, the staple holes are getting paler and my drain holes are shrinking. I am wearing clothes I haven't worn in years! The nice thing is now that I am bumping into people I have not seen in a while I am getting some great feedback, always good to have your confidence boosted isn't it!
Well I am off with the RV and trailer today to a race with the kids (A is working) then I am swinging by the house sunday to pick him up and we are heading to the lake in BC for lots more riding, swimming and probably skinny dipping again!
here is a photo of me with 2 buddies out riding last weekend!

Well I am back home unexpectedly, what a bloody day I have had. I went to the races on my own with the kids and all was good, left there today at 11.20pm, the motorhome and trailer are running great and all of a sudden the motorhome died, like completely died on me, so I am stuck on the side of one of the busiest highways with the back end of my trailer stuck 2' out into the road. NOBODY stopped for an hour, I was on my own with the kids and the dog in the ditch, plenty of people beeped their horns and gave me the finger. I was seething mad, it was like sure I want to leave my trailer parked halfway out in the road, so in the mud that was on the back I wrote "broken down" in it and finally someone stopped and towed me off the road halfway into the ditch, so now here I am MH & trailer at a strange angle and stranded. Finally I got through to "Good Sam" (coverage I have) who told me they would come and get me, 4 hours later they turn up and say they cannot tow me as it is illegal to tow the MH and the trailer, so another hour or so goes by and they send yet another tow truck. So now my MH has been towed into the dealer in Calgary and the trailer got towed by the tow truck home here, the trailer is apparently not covered under the Good Sam program (they will be hearing about that!) so it costs $100 to hook the trailer up and $2.50 a KM and I am 80km + from home at this point! Well to cut a long story short, the MH is at the dealers to fix, the other tow truck brought the trailer home and I think he felt sorry for me as both guys said they'd give me a break so my total bill was $103 so that was one good thing! We should have been in BC by now but alas here I am at home! Didn't eat much today at all due to all this so knowing my luck I will put on weight!!!!

Oh Samm...what an awful day. Are you still planning on going to BC? Hope they can fix things so you can enjoy the holiday.
Sitting on the side of the road waiting for someone to stop (and then wondering what kind of person will stop) is challenging.
Take Care...(where you going to in BC?)

We were going to Koocanusa to get in some dirtbiking etc as a family. We went to the dealer today to get some of our stuff out of the motorhome (like nintendos, DVD player etc) and they can't look at it until Weds.
ON a happier note, I decided I now need new knickers, mine are usually a 4x and yes you could go camping in them, today however I walked into penningtons with the intention of getting maybe a 2-3X and the lady took one look at me and said 1X, so I tried some on and bloody hell they fitted just fine, so I bought a stash and some X size too, even a thong!! I also got measured for a bra as I am struggling with what I have and she measured me at 39" around, WOW I was a 46" around, however the melons are still about a G cup and she said to try a 38DDD, well even she laughed, it was fine around but I looked like an advert for airbags as there was way too much "spillage", she basically said that they do not have a bra to fit BUT Penningtons are getting some larger cup sizes real soon, she said with my measurements I equate to an "i" cup WTF!!! So I will have to see what Sears has I guess, it was nice to find out I could get into a 38 though! I looked at some clothes, I used to go in there and automatically pick a 4X and they now look huge and really, really long, I guess that was a WOW moment for me! I finally felt a little slimmer that usual! I have only lost 1 pound this week but its that time of the month so thats hopefully why.
Well I am off to the GYM!!!!!!!!! Yes finally I have got rid of my visitors and can maintain some normal routine so here I go.........

Oh Samm. Love the experience in Penningtons...had to chuckle at the boobie story....amazing the changes eh...and knickers in x and 1x...wow, soon, very soon you won't be able to shop in Penningtons anymore. The bras I have here that are too big for me are way to big around for ya....the cups are d & dd.
I don't know of the place you mention going camping..is it in the kootneys?

Yep, Koocanusa is just about 1/2 south of Fernie towards Eureka, MT. Really lovely place, sandy beach, warm lake and you can dirtbike to your heart's content so my perfect place!
Well I spent about 1.5hrs at the gym, 4km on a recumbant bike, 2 sets of 12 reps on all the upper body (hate the shoulder press!!) and then 10 mins on an eliptical and then 15mins on the treadmill, I actually RAN! Only at 4mph but I did it! I am feeling good but a bit sore across the back of my neck, I have a free weeks trial so I am going back again tomorrow!
