Trouble is I don't do slow, I have a vicious competitive streak!!!! Apparently there is talk in the bike circuit about my weight loss and having to watch out once I start racing again, last season I was 2nd overall in the ladies advanced (couldn't quite beat the 17 yr old) so maybe next year??........

Well here I am at 12 weeks out. -47lbs, mind you been sat there for a bloody week! Had visitors from the UK for the past 3 weeks so been crazy busy but this week I AM going to join the local gym! AS of yesterday my hair has started to come out!!

so here is my night B4 surgery photo and the other one is me 12 weeks out.

I put the 2 together for comparison! I am starting to "see" the difference now more than just feeling it. So glad that everything has gone tickedy boo for me with no problems, just wish things would happen a little quicker (I think I told you how impatient I am!!) I did a few measurements and I have lost 10' around my hips which is great! Took the family to Callaway Park (theme park with rides near Calgary) and was able to ride everything with no problems fitting so that was a nice change! I am back to work tomorrow, that is going to be a shock to the system!

I hear you on the shock to the system... what does an alarm clock sound like?

WOW Samm...not only feeling good, but looking good too! You can certainly see the difference. Been on the bike yet?

Boohoo on you and Jen going back to work! That ladies of leisure stuff is ovah! You'll be amazed at how much more structured you can be with your program with a work day to set it around. Congrats on no problems, I haven't had any either, and count my blessings each and every day!

Thanks Girls! Feeling a lot more energetic these days! Off to a race this weekend but not till I have seen the Dr for my 3mth bloodwork and to check out the possibility of a waterworks infection, I just hope I don't have kidney stones again! Scales finally moved a smidge so -49lbs today!

Tawna...before or after your surgery....I am guessing after!!!!

Start saving the pennies now, cause the girls are hitting the mall!!!!!
