Yes Sunday was awesome, a good girly gossip day! Got home about 8.45pm, drove through about 4 thunderstorms!
Well today I am 1 month out. I have only lost 22lbs as I appear to be plateauing this week, I have felt a little more tired this week, I guess my body is playing catch up! I did get out on my motorbike this week which felt good!! Andy took a 1 month photo but I don't see much change as yet but have lost 2" around bust and hips. He says my boobs are smaller!!!!!!!
I think one of my chins has partially disappeared!
Day before
One month out

I see it!
Take a look at your neck, girl, it looks longer, which actually means it's thinner... I can see the difference in your eyes, too. No silly, they're not smaller, they're brighter! I see hope and happiness and a thinner future reflected in those eyes... you're going to do grand!

Carrie, I wondered if you'd figure that out!
Yes been trying fitday, had a few problems with getting it to hold the info I put in there. Yesterday I got in 50g of protein but the carbs and fat, I think were too high. I think I will start to add skim milk powder to my SF carnation in the mornings, I am not sure how much that will increase it but I think you said about 6g?????
I need some ideas for high protein, low fat, low carb foods, I will try anything as no foods have been a issue so far. I was eating some cashew nuts but they appear to be whopping in the fat dept!
For supper I had some chicken, 1 slice of precooked bacon heated up with some half fat cheese melted on top with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, I figured that wasn't bad for protein? I have got some protein powder but haven't tried it yet, I wanted to try and get my proteins in by food.
I am still plateauing, driving me nuts now I am stuck at -22lbs, any suggestions on what I can do to bump my body back into looser mode?

carbs - i was told to keep them under 25 grams per day, early out i counted fruits and veggies, once i hit the gym, i no longer count fruits and veggies as part of carb intake, and i dont get anywhere near that for carbs as i stay away from rice/potatoes/breads as much as possible, fat grams under 30 per day, some need up to 50 grams per day, when adding milk to their diet, but i dont...protein, i have always gotten more than the recommended 60grams always by food, and if you can do that, that is great .....i saw what you sent me with your fitday, 600-800 calories this early out is amazing, you are right on track, just make sure you are constantly drinking no calorie fluids and getting at least 64oz per day, more if you can, that will help in your weight loss for sure.
my suggestions; just cuz you asked; stay off that scale girl, i know i couldnt either, but weighing yourself once weekly is more than enough, daily is just dangerous, it seems very common at the 20lb mark for our bodies to readjust, it will come off, i promise, add some more fluids, add some scrambled egg whites with low fat cheese and tomato slices for breakfast instead of your instant carnation drink, then go for a walk, workout whatever form of exercise you choose, then have your carnation drink to refuel, then sip sip sip, then have your protein/veggie lunch, another walk around the block if you wish (i know you walk to get your kids so that works) then maybe some tea or something, this is where you can add your skim milk powder, just remember it has natural sugar/carbs in it as well so just make sure what you adding it to doesnt contain too much sugar in it (like the instant breakfast drinks, anymore sugar than whats in those alone and i would dump). then a protein/veggie supper - perhaps another walk...the weather is nice enough now eh?
hope that helps, it will all come together, you are doing so amazing girl, so proud of you!
hugs

Thanks Carrie for the help. I will try to up the protein with the milk powder and maybe avoid my staple ww wrap!!! I am out and about all day so getting lots of walking in but I think I may get out my nordic track ski machine. On fit day I am burning 3x the calories that I am taking in. The past 2 days, even eating different foods I took in 561 calories, wow never thought I could possibly survive on that!
