Attended the pre-op nutrition class. Unfortunately, I never learned anything that I didn't know. lol There were 3 others in the class with me, ALL males. lol The one guy was told that my surgeon didn't take on male patients by his own doctor. Truth was that his doctor just didn't want to give him a referral. *rolls eyes*

Class was also shorter than scheduled. I was out of the hospital before 11:30. Made it back to Lethbridge in time to finish up lunch with my hubby at around 1:20-ish.

Am glad that the class is over. Now the wait for the call for surgery begins!!!!!

*hugs*

Lori - with ants in my pants!!!!

Hi Lori,

I just read your story from start to finish. Oh my god girl! I'm so sorry to hear about the struggle you had to go through to get where you're at! That just isn't fair at all!Happy to hear that it is finally coming together for you though!

I didn't know that they offered a nutrition class. I was never told. I wonder if I should be calling his office to inquire about it? Could it be too late? I only have 20 days left till surgery so....I just don't know..
