Just when I plan on stopping in more often, I end up in the hospital for 3 days. They thought I had perforated, but thankfully I haven't. The ulcer is clearing up slowly. I need to steer clear of stress *laughs*... started me on atarax, which is an antihistimine that is supposed to work great for stress/anxiety. We'll see. My ulcer doctor used the dreaded "r" word (revision).. said if this pain doesnt let up, its something I need to think about. I can tell you.. at this point, its not an option. He had mentioned it before he saw that the ulcer was still there. He was shocked that it still was actually, because of the amount of meds I am on.

Back to work today for the first time in over a week.. I feel "ok".. not jumping any hurdles, but not feeling like death warmed over either... I did learn one thing... Dilaudid is your friend. OMG.. that stuff works REALLY REALLY well.. Kept me out of pain while I was in the hospital.

It was great talking to my Canadian sister again too It had been a while.. *hugs* love ya girl

Hey. Missy. Geez, you've been through the ringer. Here's to hoping for better days for you. And I agree...Dilaudid is quite pleasant, isn't it?

Reached my new goal of 130...and I think I want to stop losing now. "Stop losing now".Wow, I never thought I'd ever say that!
Looks like Donna is right though. My body doesn't seem to be done...
