Maybe you shouldn't- then I won't have to lose you in NYC!

Seriously, I did Christmas in NYC a couple years ago- amazing! Just the window decorations are worth the trip!

Default PCP Visit

I had a PCP visit today. I lost close to 20 pounds. (well I lost 21 pounds according to my moms scale.. and from the surgeons visit at 361 to today at 343..) My vitamin D levels were non-existant. Doc said this is normal for this part of the country. We have no sun right now. so she put me on 50000UNT once a week.. for a month. ALso a calcium chew a couple times a day. She agreed to cut down my welbutrin from 300mg to 150.. but for stupid reason The 300mg XL is generic ($5) and the 150mg isnt yet ($30).. so I am gonna keep the 300 mg lol.. Im cheap.. and now I'll be cheap... and extra happy!. I have been making up food for my nutritionist journal.. Normally in life... I always felt like I should "drop" certain things from my food list.. but, I'm only taking in 700-800 calories a day, and I was afraid they would yell. I have been getting 60-90 protein, and no sugar to speak of... and taking my vitamins.. My doc said it wont hurt me.. Today tho.. I am hungry every minute. Doesnt matter I cant seem to get full! I dont think I am going to be satisfied until I go out and get a steak & some fries.. so.. thats what I am going to do.. (afterall.. I DO still have my stomach.. may as well give it a treat once in a while .. while I still can.. )... I am so afraid to fail.. that I have become calorie-phobic. I guess dropping 20 pounds since Feb 9th isnt anything to sneeze at.. but.. the paranoia remains..

I need to get my approval and surgery date for that paranoia to disappear I guess... Saturday, I made a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for my grammas 83rd birthday.. I looked forward to that cake ALL week... but.. It really didnt do it for me.. It was really sweet.. I didnt even eat it all.. bizarre...

Ok.. thats my update... Next week.. support group (and dentist!!! ACK!! ) and surgeon.. and the week after that nephrologist and shrink.. Doctors are getting tiring..
