Let's face it, Jen, we're all a little crazy! I'm glad to hear you got over that hurdle! Let us know how that book is. I was told I could have an addictive personality as well. Hmmm, I don't know why they say that- I got fat because I do't like food- a alot!?! Of course, I do miss my "big girl" drinks too. Nothing left but to buy jewelry (from Blueyz, of course!)
Well, onward and upward!!! Go forth and conquer!

Talking

Ok.. I lied.. I thought I was going to remain calm, cool, and collected until I got my date.. Bwahahahahahaha!! Yep, right up until I ran out of things TO DO!! NOW what? Im not waiting to go take any additional tests (maybe.. providing they can find my lost H Pylori test)., I dont have any more appointments (except with the PCP & Surgeon).. Im done... shouldnt this be a relief? NOooooooo!!! I want the surgeons office to call and tell me I have to go take another test!

On an interesting note.. I had to call my PCP yesterday, because when I emailed the insurance guru at Dr. Kim's office, she said I was missing tests, that I KNOW I had done... they told me .. (are you ready).. that I have HYPER-thyroidism.. I laughed right out loud... Wonder how many 330 (yep lost more weight) pound women they have said THAT TO! I think they got the wrong blood, and am going to insist they take it again! If that screws up surgery Im gonna be ugly... I have had my thyroid tested a gazillion times in my life.. always has been fine! NOW... I decide to have an over active one? *laughs* GO ME!!

They also never got my stress test results (I am assuming the nice lady I chewed out at the hospital really did do an emergency fax and sent it yesterday).. and they needed an EKG? WHY? Do they KNOW how many EKGs are run during the stress test? And of course the psych eval hasnt gotten there yet (imagine!) I told them it would be another couple weeks.. the infamous dictation from the shrink (who calls himself a shrink)...

There.... I think.. after a mini melt-down or two (Must be my over active thyroid LOL)... I will be fine. Just need something else to latch onto to "DO" while I wait..

Done ranting Later taters!

Its just been kinda nutty this week.... you know as well as I do.. it will all be good, and we'll catch up soon... although.. I really do miss the heck outta ya.
Im a little calmer now.. really Id still like something to DO, but I am gonna give it that two weeks and get ahold of the surgeons office again and see where things stand.

Jen, I think you need a hobby- beside stalking secretaries, doctors, nurses, and insurance company flunkies. Hmmm, I think we need to start a new string...

OOPS.. I totally forgot to do my 24hr Urine test today. LOL.. subconsciously I can hear my kidney doc saying.. If you get over 1000 ... yer going for a biopsy.. and I havent been under 1000 in over 5 years. so.. I dont want a biopsy.. so I think.. my brain just shut that out!

On another note... my brain COULD POSSIBLY be pre-occupied with a new guy interest.. Gotta love grinning Every time you think about someone...
Works for the same company as me... just a diff building, and 2nd shift. So we dont get to see each other much during the week.. but the weekend.. so far.. 2 for 2. Fri, Sat, Sun! Getting ready to go get my Sunday fix I started falling for the guy.. when he said he doesnt care that I am "bigger than most".. and my stretch marks??.. he kissed them.. and said.. Who cares.. Its nice to find someone that you dont have to be self conscious around. Who knows the real you.. and still wants to spend time with you. AND.. he knows about the surgery.. and is very supportive.. (and hes GORGEOUS.. ask Carrie LOL)
