John's video diary
So im new to this forum but, i've been reading alot and seeing alot of you guys keep a online diary. You know something well you can share you're feelings and thoughts ect.
I too have a diary but, its a video diary. Its very personal but, i've always been a tell all person and not very shy. Do you think I should post my video updates here?
Would it be of any service to anyone at all? I admit they are prolly going to be pretty boring for most if not all members but, if some casual reader might stumble apon them and watch them and it helps in some way that would be totally worth it. I do a video update once every 2 months so i've got two done already with one more coming up at the first of feb.
Do you guys think its a good idea to post them here? Or do you think it really wouldn't be of any help to anyone anyways and better to just keep them private.

thanks so much lynda. So you think it would be helpful to post the videos? Or you don't think so.
If you can't tell im really not bashful or anything. So it makes no difference to me what ends up on the net about my surgery or my progress but, i mainly would like to help others through their struggle.
Btw i love you're hair. Im from the south where big hair is it. haha you're hubbby is a lucky guy.

thats what moose and hair spray ect. is for. hahaha
I just got back from today's workout. Its crazy im working out in a shirt I haven't worn since 99-00' I think thats kinda werid because im still so fat but, I think my body is alot more condition and toned now even at 290. That why I can wear shirts that i wore when I was 250. I think back then most of my weight was fat and now more of it is muscle.
maybe that explains it. I dunno either way its just plain werid.

haha. Hey i loved the 80's. Even though I was just a little kid. I was totally into the music and the culture.
Actually muscially speaking I like everything from about 1965-70 on.
