yesterday i turned 34
i have had one of those decade lists going since before i was 20...you know the ones you make up and say before i am 20 i will accomplish these things...then some get carried onto 30 and what i thought could be 40 and i look at my list every birthday to see where i stand and check them off if i have completed them...however, one of those things that kept getting carried on was to get healthy and to be fit...one which won't have to be carried on yet another decade...so i can check it off and now add a marathon to instead...very cool!
