Your new avvie is beautiful! I love it when the pix are up close enough that I can see everyone's beautiful faces. The pride in our eyes is so cool. You are absolutely lovely.

I'm so sorry you have been having "learning experiences" lately. They suck, quite frankly. Big hugs for you, if there is anything I can do to help you, please give me a call, a pm, whatever. I ache for you when I think of all you've had to go through lately. To feel so poorly and have to stay in the grind with the kids and their activities, working, tending a house, and all the '10,000 steps a day', I just can't imagine how exhausted you must be. Is there a way you can have no responsibilities for a time? Like a day? A weekend? You need and deserve a rest terribly! I understand why your stomach muscles haven't healed properly and hope you will take the best care of you that you can. I worry about you!

long time no update

food wise i am doing fine, no pain, able to keep my weight stable
waiting on the results from my ultrasound done on wednesday this week
i am feeling better so expecting things to be fine

i am dealing with some personal issues at home and so havent been on the pc much

just wanted to wish everyone a very merry xmas and a safe and happy holiday season!

oh my wubber duckie, i wub you and miss you too, working on everything, with help now too, started seeing a marriage counsellor today with hubby, hoping that will help us out.

thanks Donna - i took a leave of absence from work and took it easy at home, thinking i should be well on my way to fully healing right now, feeling better anyway, will have to see what if anything comes of the ultrasound, but dont expect any bad news. Feeling rested now, also today went for an hour steam bath and half hour massage, thought i had died and went to heaven! Thinking i have to indulge that way a little more often
