Very exciting news Carrie
Just a few short weeks and janie will be joining you...as for me... I'm still dealing. Not ready to make that decision yet. I am seeign the doc tomorrow because she thinks she may have a solution that will not require a reversal. It would be nice to not have surgery but I'm guardedly optomistic...we'll see.
It would involve reducting the size of the stoma from inside, some new technology....
Anyway girl...eat. seriously you can afford at least 10 pounds! we are the same height and close surgery dates and at 10 pounds more than you I "look" to skinny so please eat a bit! Everyone thinks I look great at 120 to 125 so I'm guessing you would too.
We've been keeping you in our prayers, so happyit worked out for you. rest and be safe....

Welcome back...
So glad you can eat without pain. I thought I wouldn't survive three weeks, and you've survived ten times that. I'm so very proud for you that you kept fighting, kept after them to do the surgery.

Woo hoo! Way to go Carrie! It is so good to hear that you are on the mend at last. Have been thinking of you and praying for you to heal quickly. As others have said just take it a little as you mad woman!

Carrie,
Prayers have been answered! I am overjoyed that you are finding that your pain is reduced and you are able to eat once again. Your poor machine is going to need huge amounts of fuel to regain total health, let her have whatever she would like!!
