LOL Donna.

Trina. Right now my upper back hurts so bad I can't stand it. I dont' know if it was just a bad back strain radiating forward or if it was the gallbladder attach radiating backward that then threw my already messed up back into spasms. Valium here I come.

Michelle, Sweetie, er, NURSE Michelle?
Did you try eating something fatty to see if the pain got worse? Have you taken a muscle relaxant to see if the spasms are eased? Do you feel like you need to belch rrreeeeaaaallllly bad? Rub the area right under your right breast, between the ribs...if it's really owie, you gotchyer basic gall bladder attack goin' on.

Have you thought about seeing your doctor? You live in the US, where we don't have to wait months for an emergency appointment. hmmmmn. Interesting, Love. Let us know how that works for you.....

lol Yes Donna. I ate a really fatty peanut butter cookie last night. No change. I am going to take a valium tonight when I go to bed and then call my MDs in the a.m. I just couldn't deal today. I don't feel that owie under my right ribs, yet. I am going to call and request labs be drawn tomorrow. My MD is good that way. She listens to me. I'll keep you updated. Right now, it's just bad back pain. I'm medicating with white zinfandel right now.

Wink Good Grrl, Duckie!

You are such a doll. I'm glad you've got enough "medication" to see you through. And I see it as a good thing that your gall bladder reflex isn't all owie. You be sure and let your cyberfam know what's going on--it's bad enough that we have to keep tabs on Carrie, now we're going to have to put the stink eye on the American Medical Industry, too!

Love you!

Oh no, 2 friends in pain..........gallbladders can cause so many different pains....fatty stuff never caused me pain, but oh the pain in the back when I drank fluids or laid down.

Both of you sound like there are issues going on and in some ways if its the gallbladder's its a good thing....fairly easily fixed...

We just need you all pain free and living again!!!! hugs coming your way!

Not a bad thought if NY does that... I know at a federal level no county run hospital can turn away people. I have UC Davis about 6 blocks from our house, it's one of the best in the country, except they don't take on revisions, they will only see you if one goes bad and you end up in their hospital with complications.

I'll pitch in for some of the ticket and she can stay at our place... I have a private 2 bed/1ba apartment downstairs that woudl be perfect!
She wont lack for a place to stay if she comes.. lol. but thanks for the offer!

I JUST LOVE YOU GUYS! (GIRLS!) I'm planning on calling in the a.m. to see if she'll (MD) check my labs, just in case. I am also seeing my chiro. on friday morning. Tim came over tonight and put some biofreeze on my back for me. I couldn't contort myself to do it myself with this pain.
I won't sit on this. Trust me. It HURT LIKE HELL! I'll keep you posted. Sorry I kind of hijacked your thread my dear Carrie. FRIDAY IS YOUR DAY GIRL!
