It's hardball, but maybe someone will get it. And if they don't, really go see the attorney. This problem MAY ACTUALLY KILL YOU. YOU NEED ATTENTION WHETHER THE DOCTOR SEES THIS OR NOT.
thank you Donna, i promise to do more tomorrow - i am exhausted and have run out of energy trying to fight this pain and whatever is going on with me, and need to find some energy to figure out how to get in to get that test done, i will look up some lawyers in the yellowpages tomorrow and give one a call on a free consult basis and see if there is anything else i can do, its worth a try!

you are so right i will call again, i think i have run out of patience, i wont be rude, but i will be firm and then i will take donnas advice and throw a lawyer threat into the mix, its just so silly you know, first he tells me ive gone too long like this, the test needs to be rushed, he will push me through and yet here i sit, he tells me if it is a herniated bowel it is very serious, even on the scan test form paper that goes to the hospital, it stated suspected herniated bowel right on that damn form, wouldnt that be enough to get someones attention? okay, done venting, going to bed.

okay one more thing

if it is herniated bowel, would i not be really really sick? i mean my coloring is not good, aching muscles and kidney achiness area, my eyes are kinda sunken, lack of energy, but thats dehydration stuff i think, i have right side pain, under rib cage through the back pain, worsens with eating and drinking, i have pouch pain, nausea but not vomitting, light headedness, dizziness sometimes, fuzzy head, lack of concentration and memory weirdness, extreme bowel gurgling and pouch noisiness - are these signs of herniated bowel? it sounds like gallbladder to me, or maybe thats cuz thats all im hoping it is.......but again would i not be worse off than i am?

edit - oh and i am VERY bloated - very weird!

((((((((Carrie))))))))
I wish I could come up there and kick some ass for you, and then hug you while you cry out all that pain and fear that's pent up inside. That fear/pain/fear thing is a scary-ass place to be, and I am sooooo sorry you are in the middle of it. It's got to be awfully frustrating--I think I speak for us all when I say that we are all frustrated beyond belief.

We love you, chickie, and we're sending you our best energy!

Can anyone think of anything else we can do for her? I'm ready to put my skinny ass on a plane and take out all my aggressions on the Canadian Medical System!

Default Calling Dr. Dyann...

Dyann, how bad does this sound? Are we right to be freaking out over this, or can this go on for awhile? How fast would you be slappin' her in the hospital, or what are signs of it becoming lethal?

I know this is all serious and needs to be addressed, but is it STAT or just ASAP?

Sorry to ask you to put on your doctor hat, but Carrie's poor body needs some help in a hurry. It's not good to make Duckie cry.

Carrie, you poor thing. I don't know how much more of this I can stand to read! It's killing me you are going through this and NOTHING is being done! IT'S INSANE!!!!!!!!! I get so mad when I think about it! If it's a herniated bowel, wouldn't that part of your bowel be dying, which means you will lose that part? If blood flow is cut off to it, it could be life threatening I would think! This is making me CRAZY! I love you girl. Hang in there! Wish I was there to make those stupid phone calls for you. I GRANT YOU I would get some attention and some answers or I would be camping in their office and have every last one of them so pissed off they would get you that scan just to get rid of my obnoxious butt!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR............(g oing off to scream really loud at the wall to get rid of this frustration).
