Has anybody ever been told to take biotin as a nutrient replenisher. I was told that you hair could fall out due to not enough nutrients and this OTC would help prevent that. Also helps with the skin color?

Thanks for being here. I have a feeling I will be asking a lot of questions in the next few weeks.
welcome to the forum, i take a multi vitamin that has biotin in it, it may help with the hair loss, it may not...i think pretty much everyone that has any type of surgery losses some hair no matter what they do, its just the trauma to our bodies that causes it

good luck

Carrie glad to see you around. You and I are the same build and height and I know I feel much better at 115 to 118, which is were I land. The fact that you can eat is awesome after the rough patch you went through last year.

Good luck on the running..... you will do it!

i feel fine as low as 105, got alot of too thin comments at that weight so i backed off the cardio a bit to build muscle and my weight has come up...so trying to maintain at 110-115

As always, if you would like to give me a call and have a good long ventfest, I am here to listen. If you don't still have my number, pm me and I will be happy to give it to you! You did it before and it sounded like you felt better afterwards--let's try it again!

Love you, Dear!
