Default 1st plane ride

Hello everyone. I have not posted anything in a while because my daughter is getting married. I did not know how stressful it is to plan a wedding. I am happy and sad. I am happy because I love the man she is marrying, but sad because I feel like I am losing my baby. (she is 27 ) I guess what suprised me the most is that I was told by a co-worker that if I had not lost as much weight as I did I would have to pay for two seats Is this true? I have never flew before but I have to get on the plan to Vegas. I do not if I should take a drink before I get on or pray. I know I am not making much sense right now, but I am scared. any suggestions

Ask the airline about their policy. Some do require that you buy two seats if you're MO. But since you've had surgery, you probably won't need to do that!

Default Flying

At my heaviest (around 345) I did once have to buy 2 seats, but Southwest was great about it, very quiet and very concerned about keeping my privacy and dignaty intact, but they did require me to buy another ticket. Since I have lost weight I have not had to do that. I am now at 279 and was about 300 the last plane trip I took. Hope that helps!

Jennifer

PS Congratulations on the wedding!!!

I know for sure Southwest holds that policy of purchasing an extra seat but it is always good to educate your self on the plane you will be riding policys. I hope everything works out in your favor either way.
