The one product mentioned over & over (that I've seen anyway) are the Gas-X strips.

For me, when I get gassy, walking really seems to help 'move it along' so to speak.

Always walk with a kid or a pet...so you have something to blame it on!

Who wants to start up a kitty for Mike's little girls future therapy sessions?

Seriously though...marzy could it be something specific that you're eatting that causes most of the problem? Dairy products? Certain veggies? Just a thought.

Well, I am just so used to being 'gassy' anyway, that this isn't a problem for me at all.

I had my gallbladder out back when I was 21 y/o (and a newlywed!).. I was never so gassy before as I was after the surgery.. every single thing I ate made me gassy, and did it ever bother my (now Ex) husband. < -- not the reason for his being the ex though, LOL.

I actually think I might be less gassy now than I was before GBP.

Gas-X strips are sold along with the other anti-gas meds, but are like the breath strips, so you don't have to worry about swallowing a pill or anything.

I'm more likely to blame it on my wife...
