I am 10 months post opp. and down 125 lbs.
Protein protein and PROTEIN is a must as well as get your buns movin!

The solids will get better about 3 months out you should notice the changes. I can pretty much eat anything now (except the no no's) I have avoided everything thing with sugar. I am too scared to try.
I started working out in a gym and with a trainer about 6 weeks ago and the inches are falling off. I am really toning up.
I have no regrets except I wish I had done this earlier!
It is so fun now to buy clothes. I travel a lot for my job and in a new city almost every week. Tonight I am in the "Big Easy" New Orleans! Spent time tongight on Bourbon street and bought a couple of cute T-shirts...was so cool to buy a size large...I was a 3x! WOW!
