1: Does anyone have a really good tasting protein drink they can reccommend? Someone has told me "Syntrax" are very good but I've yet to find it at a GNC, Walmart or anywhere else.

2: Did anyone else have 'dry mouth' after their GBP? I drink almost 90oz of water everyday and I still have that dry mouth feeling. It is worse 1st thing in the morning when I wake up. Again this is probably due to my recent surgery but I was just wondering if it was normal. Sorry if I am asking 'stupid' questions.

Thanks again

Hi there,

I like the Isopure dutch chocolate and the Optimum Nutrition heat stable for protein.

As far as dry mouth....oh boy do I. Espically after eating. I brought home a couple of packs of the swabs and keep them with me at all times. Sucking on ice helps lots too.

Some people get a "dry mouth" feeling when they are burning ketones (during rapid weight loss).

I have yet to find a good tasting protein. What has really helped me out is the Torani Sugar Free syrup. Hazel nut is my FAV!!
