250, I think Baja's post was an answer to Dmoney's original post and not directed at you.

I never said that i was having a stall, i just asked a question. I have consistently lost weight, some week more than others, but nonetheless a loss. I have had my problems making sure i am eating correctly, but i have gotten over that. I specifically asked men because many of the women have them. Thanks for the responsed.

Funny how one wrong assumption can turn a thread.

I dont think i had any stall, but i think i thought i did. I weighed myself way to much and on different scales. it was driving me nuts now i only weigh on one scale. I added weights to it to get it calibrated. But when i was weighing several times a day i would notice that i might go days and not loose.

I'm at one year post-surgery, and I have experienced multiple stalls. Some last a few weeks or so. I was only about 90 lbs overweight to start with, but had some comorbidities. My weight loss, if graphed, would look like stair steps, with losses followed by plateaus, followed by more losses. So far I've lost about 65 of those 90 pounds and am still losing, but very slowly. I think the amount of "stalling" depends on the person.

I'm actually stalled right now on my six month anniversary.
To date, I have lost exactly 104 lbs since surgery. Total lost from highest point is 128lbs.
I KNOW i'm eating some shit i should not be, and i gotta knock it off but for the most part i'm getting my vitamins, taking my calcium, iron, b-12 shots, and definitely getting my protein. I sometimes add in some mashed spuds with some sliced turkey or turkey meatballs with some gravy, etc. I have added SOME carbs, and I have really cut down on dairy simply because I hate taking the lactaid pills ( i have the vanilla chewables and they are HORRIBLE).
I have been doing very little exercise and need to do more, but overall I'm pretty happy with my results thus far. I know this stall will go away one way or another, so I'm really not too concerned about it. Sometimes your body just wants to hang on to some of the reserves and needs reminded to let go.

I'm at a stall right now. I know it's food choices but just in a funk I guess. I need my butt kicked and get back on track.

9 months here, but I'm in the second week of a stall... mostly of my own making, I think.
I was stuck at my parents house all week/end and I'll be damned if the only things to eat in their house weren't bacon, hamburger helper (presumably with lean meat, at least, since I didn't dump on it, but carb central), and I couldn't turn a corner in that house without tripping over one of my mom's secret stashes of cookies.
hopefully back on track this week, though. went grocery shopping today and it was all on the up and up (though I'm trying out a new low-carb bread for sandwiches... hoping for the best. tastes well enough, but the proof will be on the scale).
