What about exercise? I've been finding lately that if too much time lapses between gym visits, I can totally feel it. I've also lapsed a little with my B12 and the calcium, but I'm waiting on blood test results to see what the doctor wants me to do.

We also have a 10 month old...so my constant exhaustion is probably unrelated to GBS!

Good luck...if you figure it out...please post up! Others will want to know in case it's affecting them too!

b12 complex +multi with a good diet and exercise program will prolly fix 90% of what you are feeling. That and make sure your sleep patterns aren't irregular.

Exercise being one of the biggest factors there. You just feel better and have more energy when you consistantly workout.

Red face My two cents...

I'm four months out of surgery and was dragging until I got the prescription from my physician for B-12 injections. I'm taking them weekly, though I've heard people say you should only take them monthly. My energy level went through the roof. I recommend them highly. Before that I was using the sublingual drops and felt nothing. Depends on the person I guess.

Default Iron?

Are you taking your iron and are you being careful about NOT taking it the same time as your Calcium?

Sadly, not all docs advise iron supplements Jeff - mine didn't until my iron stats showed iron deficiency anemia.

I know this is an older thread but I would advise anyone not feeling up to scratch to go see their doc and have some bloodwork done. Deficiencies have a habit of creeping up on us.
