awwww, you can do this Laura! I know you can. The liquids are just 2 little days and then it should be a bit better. I'm not struggling now but lets see what this evening brings. That is when the snacking monster comes out to play. ugggg...I know the struggle, believe me, you aren't alone in this one. Just know many of us struggle together but together we can do this. I'm totally convinced that accountability to someone is our biggest weapon to fight the munchies. So hang in there and come on the forum when you are struggling and start screaming until someone notices. *G* Love ya!!

Good morning Laura! Thank you for the thoughts. I appreciate them and need them. I'm a wee bit nervous to say the least. *L* How are you surviving your liquids today? So far I'm not even hungry...I know its the nerves but that is why I decided to go for it this week. I knew I could probably get through these liquid days without much problem. Stay strong today lady, we can do this!!
