OMG I am 11 months out and have not posted another dang picture!!!

hola mujercita!!!!
well i havent lost weight this past month it seems like its slowing down which is ok for me i guess its hard to buy clothes and buy new clothes again after a month because the other clothes fit loose...which i have done that..but if we are slowing down its maybe because our bodies are getting used to the smaller body now which is good...right!!! well if you are ever in illinois let me know and for sure we can meet up..we could eat out of one plate...hahahah i have to remind myself that i need to eat because then ill drop more hair and weight which at this point i dont want too because people are already telling me that im loosing too much weight and im loosing my boobs and butt which were my best features..and my husband is nagging that he cant hold on to me anymore that im all bones and no meat...which i be like who understand man first because your fat and now because your skinny...man!!!!!

im so happy and i enjoy life to the fullest...now i do appriciate life.
and i can dance with joy and wouldnt care if people look at me like if i was crasy.
its a wonderful feeling and i love dressing up now its just amazing how this has changed the way i see life now.. estoy muy feliz mujercita me levanto con una sonrisa y me acuesto con una sonrisa......When you had your operation first i was so happy for you because you were on your way to becoming healthier and i of course was always in doubt that it was going to happen for me i actually thought i was never going to loss the weight but now i open and close my eyes and i cant still believe it that i had lost the weight...its wonderful...thank you mujer for being a great friend and for sharing your experience with me. eres bien linda...de todo corason un fuerte abraso y beso de tu amiga lis

ive been so busy at work and with the new me its just so busy...trying to make it to the gym every night and finish work and the kids
but i know im bad i should come here more often ...i do hate myself for that.
Im so happy missy....i feel like a new person full of life and energy i have amazed so many people and some go into shock or they dont recognize me..litereally i had people walk pass me without realizing it was me...until i shout hey!!!!! it me lis
i love my new life and i know you do too its a wonderful feeling....ill try to log in her more often i promise!!!!! i added some new pictures...you look great!!!!

Hey girl I need to get on here more often. I know what you mean about snacking. I have been too. I have lost 94 lbs and I am 8 months out and I have come to a halt. I was also looking at the 5 day pouch test. How did it work for you? Did it do what it says it does? Well I hope all is going well. Take care

Ive havent posted new pictures but i will soon ...so look out for them I have lost more weight i lost already 110 pounds ...can you beleive that because i sure cant...i still cant beleive my eyes when i look at that scale...my size pants are size 10 and blouses i wear size medium..I want to lose 40 more pounds

I dont have insurance and i haven't visted my doctor because without insurance its pretty expensive.
But i will be going to the group meetings since they are free...I think
I have been doing well i lost more weight since last month...i now weight 195 as of today....hoorey!!!!!i lost 10 more pounds since last month.
I am glad that you are doing much better ....ive been busy at work since its the season of construction and summer is going to be over soon so lots of people want to do home improvements before the summer goes...so im busy, busy all day and all night.

That is soooooo funny! I do have my 6 month appt today(thursday) but I can't take off so I had to reschedule for August 20th. They said that is their next 6 month class. I thought they had them more often then that. O well I will be there on August 20th!

It is definitely tough to see yourself as a small person when your so used to seeing a big girl staring back at you in the mirror. Right now, I am a size 4 and 128 pounds, buuut i still feel big. I try not to obsess over it cuz I know I look great, but its definitely hard to adjust.
