hello Vicci thank you for popping by today it was nice of you. I am well thank you and just got home from a support meeting in birmingham. I was thrilled to be told I had lost 8and half lbs in 2 weeks so only another 15lbs to go till my target. They also sent be a before picture I am shocked will post it on the forum.
