Yes it has now got sorted out without any taken out, I think you are right about taking care of myself but I have to helping everyone else I think now it has caught up with me lol

like explained in my text not sure if i will get to see u before my op as Im trying to squeeze all my clients in etc etc and sort lil one out , as Im off work for 2 weeks afterwards .
u really need to be careful about loosing too much weight hun ? u need to think about your health !

hello sara, I hope you are well and keeping up the good work?

I have been very unwell and have not been online or going out much as I have had a blockage and that has been painful. I wonder sometimes if all this was worth it when I feel like this but deep down know that it is and I should just take the rough with the smooth.

I am now below target and cant seem to stop loosing weight so must try to get that back under control.

How are you and do you have your car back yet? we could meet up again for a coffee and a chat before your op?

HEllo Sara I hada good weekend thanks with ian and have rung about my band fill as I am still unable to eat very well, I have now lost 7lbs in 10 day that is not the right way to do this.
