Hello thank you for your nice comments on my before and after pictures. I am pleased that I am nearly at my target weight. I have at least another 5lbs to go to reach my 10stone goal. I did have a tummy tuck done over 6 years ago and thats why my tummy looks flatter still than other peoples. I also wear support underwear as my thighs area real problem area now.

I am elated with all my hard work and now my first year was yesterday and cant wait now to have my final review today and hopefully they will be pleased with me for a change
