I wanted to see how you are. I am doing good, but I am afraid I may be drinking two much at one time. I have tried to research everywhere, but can't find the answer. I can usually get in 20 ozs in an hour. Do you think this is o.k., or should I be drinking smaller sips? How are you doing? Does the weight seem to be dropping as fast as you would like? I can get into a pair of jeans that I couldn't wear since I quit smoking 4 months ago. I gained 17 lbs when I quit smoking in Jan., so I have had to lose that also. It is a struggle. Well, keep in touch my friend.

Hi Brenda, sorry to hear about the gas pains. I was having them and just today at almost 1 week out I am starting to feel the swelling go down and less and less gas. I did break out in severe hives yesterday itching all over even my eyelids. A reaction to the codeine in the pain meds they sent me home with. But it is at least bearable to day. Glad to hear other than gass all is well for you.

Glad to hear from you. How are you doing? Are things coming along alright? I am still having that bloated feeling, taking Gas-X. I hope all this fullness in my abdomen is swelling from the surgery because when it goes down, man that will look good. . Do you have any swelling? Keep in touch.

Sorry I just got your message today. I hope you are doing o.k. I did great through the surgery and have been doing good at home. It is just very hard to get 64 ozs. of fluid in. If my sip is too big, I get a bloated feeling, but that's about it. I haven't had any nausea or pain and am tolerating everything so far. Let me know how you are feeling. Your friend, Brenda

Kayla..thank you so much for your message. It's so good to have someone who is going through the same thing you are and knows what you are feeling. My surgery is April 11th and I haven't told any of my family. Isn't it so sad that you can tell complete strangers and can't bring yourself to tell your own family? Brenda
