nice to hear all is well with you ,life moves on ,as all get to do all the things that the weight we carried inhibited doing Im maintaining beyween 140 to143lbs so Im happy with that, as you said its fairly easy todrink more than the 2litres of waterin the heat we are coming back to England in September for a week

Hope all is well with you and that the heat is keeping you drinking (water) and not eating too much - it really does get harder the further out, doesn't it! All well here, am temporarily retuning to TT which, in essence I miss. When are you visiting the UK again?

so sorry to hear your sad news about your little dog,I used tohave yorkies a few years ago but I also lost one in similar circumstances to yourself ,you never really get over the loss of ones pets I only have three cats now all strays, We dont have the time with the restaurant, I haven't been reading up so much lately as I dont like some of the crude threads on the forum,
How is your weight loss going Im finding the last few lbs hard going , people say Ive lost enough but Im plodding onwards;
Anyway Vim , look forward to chatting with you on skype again
