hello thank you for your nice comments your very kind to take the time. I have worked so hard and started a walking session every day first of all it started at 3 miles a day then I got upto 6 miles a day and that helped the weight loss so much and my fitness lever went up very fast.

I am 5lbs away from my target weight now and seem to have stopped loosing and very dissapointed that my first year is up and I havent lost it all as I planned.

I do feel so much better with the weight off and people also treat you differently dont they?

I wish you well with your weight loss and will look out for your before and after pictures

Hi Vickilyn,

I was reading your post and it is the same way i am feeling myself. I got my surgery date yesterday and last night i started making a list of all the foods i wanted to eat before my surgery. The top of the list was Ms. Fields chocolate cookies and some Krispy Kreme donuts. Because of these foods is how I got where I am. The doctor told me this would be a difficult time becasue we are supposed to be in weight loss mode and all I can think about is saying good bye to some "good" food friends over the years.

hi vicki! sorry it's been so long. i had my surgery july 15th/ and am doin good. i go for my first fill (lapband) august 28th/. really lookin forward to it cause i'm experiencing hunger now again. nothin like it use to be before surgery, but i like it the way it was right after surgery when i didn't get hungry really and it took very little to feel really full. so yeah i'm lookin forward to some saline bein thrown in that dude. good luck wt. your insurance. turns out mine didn't cover and i had to pay out of pocket. but don't worry i just have crappy insurance. i'm sure you'll do fine wt. yours. so your bout there. i'm excited for ya and look forward to hearin from ya again soon. i'll try not to be so long messagin next time. ttys~tammy!!!
