hello thank you for your nice comments your very kind to take the time. I have worked so hard and started a walking session every day first of all it started at 3 miles a day then I got upto 6 miles a day and that helped the weight loss so much and my fitness lever went up very fast.
I am 5lbs away from my target weight now and seem to have stopped loosing and very dissapointed that my first year is up and I havent lost it all as I planned.
I do feel so much better with the weight off and people also treat you differently dont they?
I wish you well with your weight loss and will look out for your before and after pictures
