Im sure you will be happy with the results of your surgery,for me it was the best thing I ever did,carrying 200lbs more than now, I dont now how I did ,my health is better than it was for the last 25yrs,

surgey went great, I feel wonderful, just sore at the incesion spots.

I did a lot of walking in the hospital, really helped a lot.

My op is planned for the 16th Feb.My pre-diet is not going well.I have a lot going on at the moment after losing one of my close students to cancer.He became like a grandson and like I said in another thread ,my brain is a fog.I spent a lot of the past weeks at the hospital so sticking to a diet was hard.Don't know what the hospital cafeteria food is like over there but I certainly didn;t go for the slimmers food at mine-unfortunately.
