Hi Vicci, how are you I do hope that all is well and weight loss good.
Im doing fine but i do have to admit that i am grazing alot and finding this hard to get under control. I have not gained any weight but i do feel that it is stopping me from losing any more. I am happy at my current weight but a small part of me would like to lose a little more. I have to admit I am feeling a little bit of a cheat as anyone else i talk to have lost loads more than me and are not grazing at all.
Anyway would love to hear from you.
    Luv Noonie X

WEll Im very tired and a bit dopey a lot of the time. I spend my life burping and trying to pass wind nonchalantly...... I have started to enjoy my food a bit better/took a bit of organising but once you know what you can have and then you expand on it, its not too bad. I cook now for the next 3 days/there's always fresh mashed veg and cauliflower cheese and things. Plus I eat a banana now everyday. When I can have meat and tuna etc, I think my protein will be fine. Weight is starting to move now. My poor body has had to put up with going without Diet Coke, Bread, Insulin, Steaks, and Puddings so no wonder it went into starvation mode!! I do drink milk now and have milky coffee etc and put cheese in my scrambled eggs. I cant wait till I can wear decent clothes again. I have lost 2.5 stones so far and want to lose another 10 minimum so I am quite happy to lose it slowly, I don't want to be dragging skin behind me if I can help it!! Keep me up to date with your progress won't you.

Rochester huh? And you had Mr. Patel. He was going to be my 2nd choice. NHS insisted I went to Chichester (Shaw Somers and Guy Slater) but I finally (after a year of wrangling) got to go to Dr. Bruno Dillemans in Belgium. Worth the wait. He was fabulous. Im 2 weeks post op and healing really quickly. Not lost as much weight post op as pre op tho...my body seems to want to hang on to it all (typical) and still having dire problems with protein drinks. Any tips? Congrats on your fabulous weight loss you must feel a million dollars. Rox

    Hi Vicci,
Lovely to hear from you, i have also not been around much, im back to work now so my hands are full with work and 2 babies. On the whole im doing fine my weight loss has slowed right down most weeks im lucky to loose 0.5lb so definately slower but with that said i now weigh 13st 13 lbs so im really happy and anything more would be a bonus. I am having problems with my iron levels 3 months ago my levels were low so my gp started me on 3 months of galfer but this week after the 3 months course my levels are even lower so thats worrying me a little. Have an appointmant to see my gp on monday.
So how is things with you? how is the weightloss going?
    Would love to hear more.
