Thanks for the help! Much appreciated. I did call surgeon and they said they will use their number when I go in 2 weeks from now. So for now, not trying to lose any weight...very weird feeling.

I know that my surgeon's office requested my records from the primary physician, but not more history than that. There was no six month diet or five year history required by anthem, but I don't know if that's changed.

Do you know what they use for your qualifying weight, like the primary doctor, past history or wls doctor?

I really don't have any suggestions that would have you meet anthems criteria. I know others on this site gained a few pounds to put them in the range, but, if you don't get approved, then your stuck with the extra pounds.
