Thanks for the help! Much appreciated. I did call surgeon and they said they will use their number when I go in 2 weeks from now. So for now, not trying to lose any weight...very weird feeling.

Do you know what they use for your qualifying weight, like the primary doctor, past history or wls doctor?

Thyroid and depression, I know those aren't really strong co-morbities. Depending on the day I am 39 or 40. I have tried several bmi sites and they slightly differ... any suggestions?

Hi, I'm new here and I noticed that you had BC anthem and got approved easily? I have the same insurance, I think, and my bmi is 39.9. Do you think I will have a lot of difficulty getting approved?

I had my surgery Feb. 17, 2009 and have lost 65 pounds so far. Am I right on track?!

BTW, if you want to go walk Lake Murray sometime I'd love to go with you! I'm not very in shape though I will warn you now!
