Hi Kat! How are you doing? I haven't been on for a long time, but I am doing great! (knock on wood) I am soo happy I did this surgery! I had my 3 mth check up last week and all is well. I am only exercising 3-4 times a week and I know I need to everyday, but just can't get moving...I am ready to do some outside activities! Hope all is well!

Hi Kat. Just wanted to check in to see how you're doing.

That's a great weight loss. That was where I was at a month out. I'm down about 46 (40 since surgery) and am afraid to get on the scale because I lost a lot of weight this past week being sick. I'm getting close to onederland. Glad things are going well for you.

The holidays were great but now I have pneumonia. I've been sick for a couple of weeks and really sick last week. I'm feeling a little better today, just really, really tired. How are things going for you?
