    Hi,
Sorry it's taken me a few days to get back to you. I have been Spring cleaning and then had a spa day today (birthday present from my hubby). I'm just now getting back on to check the website.
I've stumbled on a new career...I'm going into photography. I ordered a new camera the other day and am just waiting on it to come in. I already have a shoot lined up (high school prom). I'm so excited.
    Hope your week went well!

Thankgoodness for internet shopping with things being so expensive there! You are smart to do that.

I have taken a two day rest from walking and Ifeel good. So tomorrow I am pounding the pavement again! I plan on swimming three nights this week.

So you have a 13 month old.. I bet she keeps you on your toes! I have a nineteen month old little guy and he never lets his Mommy sit down. That is my biggest mission with this surgery is to get more energy to keep up with him!

well... here is to us both working out this week!! We can do it

Glad you are doing well! Shins...yeah, that will happen. I'm also a high school coach and deal with shins all the time. You probably aren't used to the walking as much? Rest them a little....the swimming was a great idea! You can also walk laps around the pool (shallow end)....the resistance is good for you. Sounds like you are figuring things out. Good for you.
I'm good...just taking care of my 13 (almost 14) month old and coaching track right now. I'm in the process of maybe wanting to find a full-time job again. I taught school for 13 years until I had my baby girl...then life changed pace for me! We can't afford me not working living in England...the exchange rate is terrible! For every pound over here it costs $2.04! So, everything is DOUBLE the price. UGH....thank God for internet shopping and the Base Commissary! LOL
Keep up the great work and let me know if I can help in any way. I am newly inspired by you....I am inspired to rethink some choices and take off maybe 10-15 more pounds. Thank you!

    Hello there!!

Thanks for checking in! Things are going really good here. I managed to get a walk in today and swam laps for a half hour tonight. The fronts of my shins hurt from walking... Not sure if I should walk again tomorrow or take a day off? I know I will sleep good tonight!!
How are things with you? I hope good!

Everything is very different from before surgery. I am just trying to get used to all the eating changes right now. Today is my first day back to work... hopefully I will have my routine down again by the end of the week!!

Believe me... my life needed saving too!!

    You look great!!
    Take care!!
