Hi,

Thanks for asking, they said that my weight loss is really good and i look nice and healthy but they want it to slow down a little so i have to up my calories to around 500 - 600 per day. I didn't get to see Mr Patel but i saw Beth and she's lovely so i didnt mind! You dont have to have protein shakes because you'll have to drink a glass of milk with milk powder twice a day. I think that they are pretty good with dates so hopefully you'll get the date you want.
I forgot... are you having the bypass or the band? Anything i can help you with just let me know!! Oh and im not working at the moment but ive heard that people take around 2 weeks off to be safe, i think because your pretty stiff and you get tired so easily it would be best to take at least a week off.
