Congratulations on resisting the pizza. You are doing awesome. I'm not sure where yogurt fits in, but I will be researching it to find out. I've decided to do it, just have to figure out what I can eat &/or drink since every protein drink makes me ill.

So, did you survive the pizza/pasta event? What food (if any) do you get to eat today. You are inspiring me to give the 5dpt one more try.

Yes my hair has grown out some. Shoulder length. When it started falling out I chopped it off so time to grow again. Thanks for the compliments on it. Funny I still am not used to peoples compliments. How you been doing Katie? Good I hope. You should try to come around more.

You are as absent as I am! I have totally lost touch with what you are up to, but from the post below see that you are struggling a bit. How about a 5DPT? How are things healthwise with your husband? How does the house feel in Summer? I bet the garden is getting more established! Nice neighbours? Got to know them and have a coffee with them every now and then? I can't wait to become a grandmother at the end of October (first time round ended in miscarriage), so I fully understand your enthusiasm for being a granny!
All well here, need to keep my eye too on the scales (weekly weigh in keeps me a little on my toes).

Toony, I am glad to hear that things are going ok for you. It sounds like we are both struggling. But, I know that we can get back on the bandwagon and do this. I will be going in for anti-depressants to help combat with my eating problems. Please keep me informed of how you are doing. Take care dear.
