I have problems with MEAT (and fish)... Salads seem to go down ok, but not exactly a protein source. I try to get in 60 g. a day... not easy! Usually one protein drink and one protein bar... nuts, cheese, hot dogs...
Loving Sugar-free popsicles --- helps me get my liquids in!
