She is welcome to read the Log Book, of course. Remember, my wife Bones IS a doctor - yes, a medical doctor in private practice. She was a lot more comfortable with the sleeve than the Band. The complication rate between the sleeve and the band is almost the same - and as more sleeves are done the sleeve will get statistically better. Plus, you will lose more weight with sleeve - and that is for certain. VSG is less expensive. The same price initially, but the Band is more due to the cost of repeated fills.

Now that you've found Aviator's Log book, a few days prior to surgery when the "nerves" set in, I suggest that you read it from the beginning to let you know what you're in for. It takes me from a few days pre-op until now - 4 months post op.
Im intent on posting pre-op and 4 month out photos soon. We are so similar in BMI, I think you can expect similar results. Heh, heh...Im also a musician (for fun) too. Cheers.

Today is Sunday. Sunday has always been the hardest emotional day of the week for me. I'm sure it's because the looming of work/travel on Monday.

What makes me nuts is when I waste a Sunday. If I don't get going right away, or miss church or whatever, it always bites me in the butt emotionally.

I just had a nice moment today. I was starting to zone on the couch when my daughter aske me to play with her. I was really tired and about to tell her to go find something...
